Lokalizacja w cichej części miasta. Czysto. Dobre śniadania (uzupełniany na bieżąco bufet przez uprzejmy personel). Niedaleko wypożyczalnia rowerów. Obszerny, bezpłatny parking (goście dostają pilota do bramy). Czajnik w pokoju.
Zasłony w oknach nie blokują światła. Niewielka lodówka na 4 pokoje na korytarzu to trochę za mało. W budynku nie ma windy więc dla starszych osób lub osób z małym dzieckiem to może być problem. W pokoju słychać pobór wody, trzaskanie drzwiami i głośne rozmowy na korytarzu.
