Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko centrum a jednak na uboczu. Z dala od hałasu, z pięknym widokiem. Dużo zieleni w około. Dość blisko port i centrum miasta z licznymi restauracjami i sklepikami. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny właściciel.
Mój apartament chyba wymagał odświeżenia. A kuchni przydałoby się więcej wyposażenia bo brakowało mi podstawowych sprzętów. Nie jest to duży koszt a na pewno zdecydowanie podniósłby moją ocenę o obiekcie. Bo reszta jest na prawdę fajna
