A short walk to the beach, not too far from party town (but not too close), some cool restaurants right across the street.
The house is big enough for an extended family when renting all 3 floors, it has ample parking in the back (at least 4 cars could fit). The quirky decor made me chuckle.
All floors have split AC for each room, the fridge was nice, there was also a Nespresso coffee machine on some floors.
Most bathrooms are in need for a deep cleaning, mold and rust were found in some showers. The bedding and towels were not "hotel grade" or super fresh, but this is not a hotel so this was expected.

The location is close to the lake and has a nice view if you walk outside, pretty close to the train station as well. Has everything you might need for a vacation in my opinion.
