We did last minute decision to stay here. It was worth to do it. We loved everything - location, staff, equipment, room, breakfast.

The facility was really nice and the hotel didn't seem 'used and old'. The spa was really nice and a bonus during this time of the year it was empty so we enjoyed almost a private stay :) The room was nice, clean and quiet. When we got there, the wind was REALLY strong so it was howling quite loudly in the room from the windows. It wasn't that big of an issue as the wild quited down in the evening. I wonder, though, if it would've been something of an issue...
Unfortunately, the food was pretty disappointing and when I say "the food" I specifically mean the buffet selection. And no, I'm not some entitled guy throwing a tantrum because there weren't 17 different salads and 25 side dishes. Not at all. The selection was so pitiful that on our last night, we literally had two whole choices for a main course. Two. I mean… come on. We stayed for three nights. The first evening the buffet was actually decent: nice selection of regional meats and other traditional Polish dishes. Then it went downhill quite fast. By the third night, the buffet looked like it had been looted. And here’s the part that really makes me very frustrated: on the final day, a corporate group of about twenty people from a well-known car brand arrived. Flags everywhere, fancy setup, the works. I don't mind that at all, of course. So they got their own separate area in the restaurant (which is, obviously, also fine and understandable). It very much seemed like the hotel took one look at the relatively small number of regular guests and decided to throw all their effort onto the corporate people. And boy, was it obvious. While we were circling the buffet like vultures looking for something at least, the corporate guests were living their best lives. Everyone on staff was falling over themselves to serve them. The other nights the service had been genuinely excellent, tables cleared instantly. That night? We might as well have been invisible. Oh, and to top it all off? The Greek salad showed up without feta. Without. Feta. In a Greek salad. Are you actually kidding me? In short, it was painfully clear that the number of dishes available was directly proportional to how many guests stayed at the hotel. For a hotel that markets itself as five-star, that kind of attitude is just embarrassing. It definitely saddened our stay.

We loved the service, facilities, room and breakfast. Great lake view. We enjoyed walking around the hotel , kayak rental and just relaxing by the beach or at the pool.
You need a car to get there, the place is isolated. it is actually good if you like this type of vacation. Break starts at 8AM which is a but late for me.

Everything was just perfect: spacious room, comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the lake from the balcony and tasty breakfast and dinner. We loved comfy rest areas, especially quiet zones and also enjoyed cocktails in the bar. Spa zone and pools are good too (though could be bigger as for a 5* hotel). Hotel is located in a beautiful place where you can take peaceful walks in the forest and along the lake. Special thanks to all the hotel staff - reception, waiters, barmen, cleaning ladies - whose hospitality and friendly attitude makes this place the one you want to return to 🤗❤️
