Tucked away along the Tuscan coast and nestled within the privacy of its own lush private garden with private pool, this 5-bedroom villa offers a tranquil seaside setting in Marina di Pietrasanta. The 2-storey detached holiday villa provides a timeless appeal for self-catering stays and is flexible in its sleeping layout; enabling groups of up to 9 to feel at home.
The ground floor of the modern villa features an inviting sitting room; with a comfy sofa suite, a fireplace and flat screen SAT TV for those all-weather stays. To the other side of the partially-open Living space, an adjoining Dining area provides an airy setting for ambient meals-in. From the Dining area, guests will reach a separate Kitchen; which provides a wonderful setting in which to prepare family meals, or create memorable dinner parties, with the help of a local private chef. The generous-size Kitchen is fully-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, mokka coffee machine, toaster, food processor, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The accessible ground floor also provides 3 inviting guest rooms, in the form of a spacious Master bedroom with Double King-size bed, a 2nd bedroom furnished with a Single bed and a versatile bedroom furnished with 2 separate Single beds.
From the hallway, a flight of 20 steps leads upstairs, to the 1st floor sleeping accommodation.
