Empress Corfu

I had a wonderful time here,it is simply a beautiful place.The room was cleaned every single day, which was so nice.The views from the terrace are just incredible,and the property itself is very beautiful and well-maintained.It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.If you ever lack anything,have a question,or need a local recommendation,the lovely host,Marina,is always there to help you with a smile.There is a beach right in front of the apartments-you just cross the road and you’re there.If you,like me,prefer avoiding crowded beaches, this spot is perfect.It’s never crowded,and watching the sunrises and sunsets from there is pure magic.The location is also very convenient:a bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.It takes only 6 minutes by bus to Benitses and about 25 minutes to Corfu Town.A small supermarket for your basic needs is within a 7-minute walk, or you can easily take a quick bus ride to Benitses, where you’ll find larger supermarkets with a wider selection.I am so incredibly happy with my holiday here.I honestly didn't want to leave because of how comfortable, peaceful, and welcomed I felt.I can highly recommend Empress Corfu! 😍🥹

Amazing view, Marina was a super welcoming, attentive and kind host!

Maybe I was unlucky by getting the ground floor apartment, but I couldn't sleep becasue of the noise of the cars coming from the road right in front of the house :( Also one night we couldn't take a shower because there was no warm water

We liked that the beach was right across the apartment, the Internet was great, the private kitchen was nice and very useful. Kostas was nice and helped us when we had a problem with the toilet flush. The Seaview was fantastic.

Though the bus stop is only less than 2 mins walk, it is not safe to walk on the side of the road will all the cars, busses, trucks, etc. driving pass. There's no pavement where you can walk safely. It is a shame as it is a pleasant accommodation. It would be best to hire a car as there is a free parking. I also didn't like that they didn't offer fresh towels everyday, particularly with the Covid situation. We asked for a towel one time and was given one towel and another towel that looked like a foot towel, we were two in the room, my husband and I, hence, not enough. We felt embarrassed to ask for a clean towel for me as we felt we we're imposing. I just thought daily clean towels should be given automatically. Lots of mosquitoes in the balcony, so better keep the balcony door shut.
