Location was very good, apartment comfortable and clean
Check in didn't work well as the email link didn't work. The apartments are on top of each other and the others had very noisy young children who screamed all the time - including at night so it was very disturbed. The WiFi was also poor - kept stopping working.

Wir kommen wieder. Entsprach genau den Erwartungen + extrem nettes Personal
Gutes, ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Das konnte beliebig dazugebucht werden. Sehr nettes, entgegenkommendes Personal - quer durch die Bank. In der Wohnung gab es einen Kachelofen - das war eine sehr angenehme Wärme. Es gab sehr viel Platz und drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Die Saune (Infrarotkabine & Finnische) war ein echtes Plus und unkompliziert zu bedienen. Es gab einen eigenen Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und Putzutensilien sowie Hand und Badetücher und Klopapier - er konnte in Eigenregie benutzt werden. Für die Skischuhe gab es einen Trockner (beste Idee ever - Skischue auf Heizstab zu stecken) und einen Platz um auch die Ski unterzustellen. Die Bisons waren sehr beeindruckend - wann hat man schon die Gelegenheit mit ihnen Tür an Tür zu wohnen.
Die Matratzen waren eher hart - das mag ich persönlich nicht so gerne. Wir waren aber sehr müde vom Skifahren und so war es kein Problem. Es hat im Saunabereich und in den Badezimmern keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit gegeben - es ist aber von außen nicht einsehbar also bzw. es müsste schon jemand mit dem Feldstecher unterwegs sein und gezielt spinonieren. Dadurch haben wir uns aber trotzdem in unserer Privatsphäre gestört gefühlt und nicht so unbekümmert bewegen können wie sonst. Das habe ich an der Rezeption angemerkt und hatte das Gefühl, es wird gehört.
