The place - it is just few minutes walking from the center but very quiet. With a very big garden, including a small pond, which was an excellent relaxation point.
Interior was spacy enough for 5 persons. Comfortable beds, perfectly set kitchen (practical even for a bit longer stay), all clean.
Extra bonus - free access to Safari/ZOO garden!
The value / cost rate was simply excellent.
Just cosmetic issues - like space for 5 (beds), but only 4 chairs.
Bathroom - a bit leaking shower corner (easy to clean up after you take a shower).

Everything a great stay should be. Our host was very charming, and spoke perfect English, which was really lucky for us. We had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay, to include safe storage for our bicycles.
