Toda la infraestructura. Realmente es mágico. El desayuno muy rico, con mucha variedad de postres. Buenas vistas desde la habitación y el salón de desayuno.
La pieza es pequeña. El baño mucho más y poco cómodo, la ducha no tiene ni para apoyar productos de baño. Durante el día no tienen ni estación de agua caliente, ni te ni café, en la pieza no hay hervidor. Por todo cobran, no les cuesta nada poner un hervidor sobre todo en una región tan helada. Hubo un caballero que trabaja en uno de los bares que fue muy poco amable, se notaba que no quería trabajar y que era machista.

Siempre es rico volver a Huilo-Huilo. Lo que más rescato es el trato del personal, el trago de cortesía, y el entorno. Que todo sea caminable y disfrutar del paisaje.
El desayuno es completo pero por pecio y calidad, y comparando con otros hoteles de su nivel, no ofrecen algo mas especial al desayuno, por ejemplo otro tipo de huevo que sea frito, pochado, duro, etc El bufete es variado y cada cierto tiempo reponen, lo cual es fantástico. Pero quizás hacerlo un poco mas personalizado le daría aun más calidez al servicio.

Location was good. Very clean.
No tv, no internet in bedrooms. We are in the restaurant 3 times. Got the wrong dish first time, second time chicken was dry and overcooked, third time vegetarian burger was inedible. Service was poor and slow in the bar. Very expensive for the quality and service.
