EVERYTHING
LACK OF INFORMATION ONCE ARRIVING WITH REGARDS TO KEY BOX NUMBERS AND BEDDING NEEDED. NOBODY WAS IN RECEPTION ON SITE. HAD TO CALL NUMBER ON BOOKING TO BE ISSUED NUMBER TO RETRIVE KEY FROM BOX. ALSO ONLY TWO SETS OF BEDDING WERE IN BEDDING/TOWEL BOX. WE NEEDED THREE AND PAID FOR THREE FOR TWO NIGHTS. A THIRD SET OF BEDDING/TOWELS WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.
