Квартира досить зручна, було чисто. Розташування квартири хороше. Поруч 3 супермаркети, зупинки трамвая. Добирання з вокзалу чи до центру було без проблем. Враховуючи графіки відключення - світло було завжди. Гаряча вода теж постійно(бойлер досить великий). Наявна плита, посуд, але розраховано виключно на двох осіб. Опалення ще не увімкнули, але був кондиціонер - кімната нагрівалася досить швидко, тому було тепло. Виселення о 12:00, що теж є плюсом. Спальне місце дуже зручне та велике. Хороший матрас. Є фен та гель для душа. Два великих рушника. Праска. Гладильна дошка. Багато резеток. У квартирі справді майже не чути серен і того, що відбувається на дворі. Іноді було чути рух трамвая
Не вистачало пательні (щось посмажити, якщо не плануєте постійно харчуватися поза квартирою). Для нас було не критично, але деколи було дуже чути те, що відбувається в коридорі чи на інших поверхах. На балконі заборонено курити. Будьте готові до того, що потрібно залишити завдаток, який вам віддадуть після виселення.

Хорошее расположение к центу и инфраструктуре
Трамвай который ездит каждые 5 минут прям за окном , который не дает спать по ночам.
