La situation en pleine campagne, le calme - le personnel chaleureux - la piscine un peu en retrait parait très propre, beaucoup de transats ( temps trop frais pour s'y baigner) - le restaurant à la carte, savoureux, bons vins produits sur place, salles à manger agréables, grande terrasse - bon petit déjeuner - le studio au premier étage, assez grand avec tout le matériel pour préparer un petit repas - bonne literie, plusieurs oreillers - moustiquaires aux fenêtres - beaucoup de visites touristiques magnifiques possibles dans la région en voiture
Cet agriturismo est situé à 7-8 de km de Faenza et accessible seulement par des routes étroites très endommagées - une auto et un GPS sont indispensables - il faut de plus compter une dizaine de km supplémentaires depuis Faenza pour rejoindre l'autoroute.
Si le séjour a pour but d'oublier la ville, de se promener dans les collines, de profiter de la piscine, cet endroit est parfait - si l'on veut visiter les places touristiques de la région (Ravenne, Rimini, Saint Marin ou Bologne ...) les trajets peuvent être assez longs.

The breakfast was good and person serving it very friendly. The apartment was very clean and the area is beautiful.
Closed restaurant should be made more obvious. I think it’s open Wednesday to Saturday. The apartment did not even have a tea bag. Strange these days. We were warned that we had to clean the kitchen if we used it - unlikely having arrived for one night at 7pm. Arrival welcome was friendly but not hospitable- we were left with a list of local restaurants most of which were closed.
