Great location, very comfortable well appointed room and super breakfast

We had the large bedroom at the front of the property which was very spacious and well appointed. Delicious breakfast with all fresh produce and many homemade by the owner. Fab, quiet location just outside town which has many places to eat in. Owner is very attentive and even moved his car so we could park a large van. Highly recommend to all and if we are ever back in the area would will be staying again. Claire x

My only gripe is could do with some new towels in the bathroom.

Excellent place with old school hotelier host.Very nice

The location is in quiet area.Its a nice place to lay down. What I liked the most is the style of the hotel.a bit shabby and full of small details,which make you fell comfy.

I would have wanted that it would accept all types of debit cards.At the time of booking only Maestro was an option so I had to walk a bit for the ATM.But if you have cash on you it's fine.

I was visiting my old friends in Zottegem after a long time. I’m in love with Zottegem and the nice people in the town. The first time I visited the Town was when my friends got married 31 years ago.

If your looking for a cosy stay in the Flemish Ardennes, don't look any further, this is the place.

Nicely served breakfast with more than we could eat. Homemade jam! Plenty of routes (supplied by the owners) nearby to walk or bike (bikes on demand). Staff was very helpfull. Familiar approach!

Voor een één nachtverblijf zeker oké, de kleine minpuntjes maakt de gastheer dan weer goed.

De gastheer, een hele vriendelijke man met wat wijsheid in de aderen. Een kwinkslag en en mopje waren hem ook niet vreemd. Rustige omgeving met een goed bed waarin wij voortreffelijk sliepen.

Toch een beetje oubollig kamertje met een klein toilet en douche. Het bed in de hoek waardoor er één iemand langs achter of over den andere naar zijn plaats moest. Een goed ontbijt, maar ik mis al vlug mijn eitje...

Familiale omgeving, zeer mooie stijl van inrichting, lekker ontbijt. De eigenaars ware zeer hulpvaardig, ook met het uitprinten van check-in papieren voor 1 van de gasten! Dit werd zeer gewaardeerd :)

Axel is een superlieve, vriendelijke gastheer. Altijd in om een grapje te vertellen. Je hangt aan z'n lippen om nr z'n verhalen te luisteren. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Een authentiek kamertje waar alles erop en eraan is, zalig geslapen en een superlekker ontbijtje. Zeker een aanrader!

Goede ligging, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Zottegem. De kamer is ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk!

De rust, een goed bed, lekker ontbijt, goeie informatie over Resto in de buurt, goeie service en supervriendelijke host. Als ik nog eens in Zottegem moet overnachten ga ik daar graag terug.
