Cheap place to stay

There was a clean but previously bloodstained pillowcase which we had to get changed. It was changed immediately.

Excellent and very dog friendly

We were travelling with our dog and this was an exceptionally doggy friendly hotel & town. Farhad, the hotel manager went out of his way to phone restaurants on our behalf and recommended dog friendly restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with super fresh croissants & Pain. There is free parking outside the hotel and a park in close proximity for dog walking. There is even a vet next door if you need to arrange worming tablets & travel certificates prior to travelling back to the UK! We will definitely book again

Okay for one night

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. And the sheets and linen were very clean. The location was central to the amenities the staff were friendly.

The room was extremely small for a triple room and had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. The room had cobwebs and dust higher up and the windows were dirty. It was very warm and opening the windows meant the noise outside made it difficult to sleep. The walls of the rooms were very thin and you could hear the conversations from the next room.

Basic hotel in a good location with very pleasant staff.

A 2 star hotel in a good location. Basic hotel and a bit dated but clean and tidy with pleasant helpful staff. No parking but we were able to leave or motorcycles immediately outside the hotel.

The room had either a musty smell or perhaps someone had been smoking. Minor issue that didn't affect my stay. Shower was tiny and for a bigger person possible on the comedy side.

A stopover from/to Calais to wedding further south which was pleasant and inexpensive.

No restaurants available on a Monday night - but an excellent supermarket had delicious cold options for eating in the room.

The couple that run it are nice and friendly and they served a nice breakfast for €8

If you like noise and do not wish to sleep you have come to the right place. Corridors very noisy as you hear every footstep. The plumbing system needs upgrading as you can hear everyone's else water / toilet flushing running through the pipes all the time. No fan or air con in room so you have to have windows open for ventilation, therefore very noisy. No kettle or coffee making facilities.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The owner was extremely helpful the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear and is in need of renovation.

Only 1.5hrs from Calais

Staff were very courteous and helpful and only 1.5 hrs to Calais. The hotel was great value for money and right in the centre of Abbeville so plenty of choice for dinning out. The bed was especially comfortable.

The room was a little tired but it was clean, warm and quiet so an excellent nights sleep was had.

Good location near centre. Plenty of parking nearby. Pretty cheap. Good restaurant La Corne 3 minutes walk away.

We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time of 15.00 and door was locked. It was opened on the dot. So be careful only to arrive between 15.00 and 20.30 or you will not gain access. Their website says reception open earlier but that’s not correct. There is no lift and no ground floor rooms.

On a very noisy intersection so you had a choice of quiet with no air or noisy with windows open and occasional diesel fumes.
