Greate view from balkony/window, owners friendly and communicate quickly. Location with instant access to water allowing to swim whenever we wanted.
Climate control only in living room, not in bedroom - doors need to be kept open to allow air to circulate. Not a lot of room to store/keep clothes for 4 people
