The room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. We had the non-ac room but the fan was sufficient for keeping the room cool. The location was great out of the main hustle and bustle but close to everything. The option to play petanque on the rooftop next door was great. The rooftop restaurant was a calm space with a great view.

Extremely charming historic building
Friendly staff
Centrally located within walking distance of major attractions
Staff assisted with recommendations of things to see on arrival
Complementary room upgrade
Plenty of water bottles supplied upon request
Great air conditioning
Due to location in old town area, hotel is directly accessible by tuktuk but not by car - presented no issues for us but worth noting for those with mobility issues (and hotel offered to arrange tuktuk for us to car pick-up location).
Breakfast was simple eg. instant coffee

It was beautiful and clean. The food was great. The architecture of the building. The room was same as described and pictures. Our waiters were so kind, patient, and above and beyond to meet our requests. Mr Kalyan Singh in the mornings and the other waiter (we didn't catch his name) in the evening were both amazing.
Bed was comfortable.
We would definitely stay again
We loved it.

Absolutely wonderful, we loved everything: the location, the room, the rooftop, the massage. The area is peaceful, you can discover the old city on your own, plenty of nice restaurants and café around. The food at the hotel is delicious. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very comfy.
