Resort Vidmar - Apartments Vidmar near Bled

Rooms and location looks even better in person then in the photos. I was greeted by an extremely hospitable host who provided a parking space for my motorcycle inside the property behind a closed gate for me and was shown around the room and the premises, and invited for drinks afterwards. The apartment is located very close to Lake Bled (5 minute bike ride) but outside of the touristy congested are at the lake itself. It was clean, well equipped and quiet. My only regret is not staying for another day and trying out a restaurant that's a part of the same property. I didn't have breakfast either since I wanted to hit the road as early as possible. This is a PERFECT spot for a motorcycle rider touring Slovenia, very near to the highway (again, just a few minutes) if you want to fly in fast either from Austria (Austrian border is also just a few minutes away) or Croatia using the highway system. It's very close to the Vršić mountain pass and Villach Alpine road (AUS). p.s. A/C works, WiFi password was provided but I didn't try/use it. Thank you for the hospitality and I hope I have another chance to visit you guys again!

Appartement spacieux, propre et permettant de bien rayonner dans la région.

Equipement un peu sommaire en cuisine ( pas de saladier, pas de couvre-plat pour le micro-onde, pas d'égouttoir pour la vaisselle ) et lave-linge apprécié mais rien pour accrocher le linge.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gefehlt hat es uns auch an Nichts, obwohl nur das Nötigste da war. Das mexikanische Restaurant im Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man erreicht von hier alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung ohne jede Mal durch den Verkehrschaos vom Bled zu müssen.

Die nicht immer tollen Gerüche der mexikan. Küche (altes Fritierfett) haben sich gerne mal im Badezimmer verteilt. Die Matratze ist eher etwas weicher und man bemerkt jede Bewegung des Partners.

Felt uncomfortable checking in in the dark, lots of drinkers out nearby. Very outdated inside. Wouldn’t stay for a holiday location but necessary stopover it is fine.
