Be careful with extra fees that were not included at all

Nice property but staff charged extra fees for no reason. $500 pesos for commission? come on! that wasn’t included at all. Very disappointed about it.

No negative comments! Be aware this site is on a polo complex so not many facilities - you will need transport to get anything you need.

Beds are amazing. We were attending a wedding outside querétaro so location was amazing. Place is beautifully. Small hotel really comfortably

Staff is a bit lousy. Like they don't have much experience handling hotelery but at the end they all solved our needs.
