Central AC , location.
Apartment was actually a hallway and a room. Old furniture, old carpet, needs renovation. Typical formula = minimal investment- maximum profit. For breakfast was a constant hunt for room number and all eyes on you, fruit "nectar" was available from a 2L PET. Total disappointment. Parking is almost nonexistent.
