Exceptional place to relax

The hotel is extremely clean and everything is well-organized. The large and very private garden with pool make it an excellent place to relax. Staff is friendly and present. The gentleman managing the restaurant does an outstanding job; always smiling and energetic paying attention to all guests, young and old.

The room on the third floor was smaller than the room I had last year (although I booked a long time ahead of time and payed the same amount). The breakfast buffet seemed also less elaborate.

Incredible place to relax, great hotel with exceptional food!

The hotel is really nice and the perfect place to disconnect. It has a beautiful garden with a swimmingpool and a nice spa inside the hotel. The restaurant is really exceptional. The staff is really helpful

We booked a couple of massages and they were really terrible (but this could be circumstantial to the person giving the massage!) we told reception. The bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable

Nice get-away for a weekend

Rooms were quiet, beds very comfortable. Our waiter at breakfast was exceptionally friendly. Loved the outdoor pool.

Air conditioning in the room was too strong even on the lowest setting. Reception staff albeit helpful, was a little cold.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and a lovely little town.

Our second visit, just as good as the first last year. Spa very good, with sauna, indoor pool and steam room. Breakfast good. Room spotless. Parking available on site.

The small welness area is very well made! Everything is clean everywhere and breakfast ist freshly made.

Smaller things that would justify the high price, like that the bar would be open and one could have a coffee during the day. One can feel that the hotel is trying to cut on staff. We had the room beside the elevator, which can be quite noisy as you hear ever move of the lift. Parking is too expensive for a high price already.

The staff was unprofessional.The massages therapist Valerie didn't respect the time we payed for my wife. Lady on the réception not professionnalisme wen she answer at our questions about the bar. To bad as location was good. Not going back the any time soon

We loved everything, modern/antique style of the hotel is something we loved. Very spacious room, large comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom with a beautiful scenery. Wide variety choice for breakfast, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The sauna is small but one can really enjoy it nevertheless. We loved everything about the hotel.

The room was so beautiful and elegant! Gave sich a princess vibe!

Breakfast is too simple/basic. We booked for partner massages where as it started 15min late because they messed their schedules at the spa. Normally at every massage/treatment you expect to get explained what it will be all about etc then decide if it’s really for you, because an energy treatment I received was not worth 80€ as there was no difference after one hour. After my mans massage the lady just leaves without saying bye and if we have questions for her which wasn’t nice. Oh and someone just opened the door during our treatment and whilst my man was changing his clothes which isn’t so pleasant him being naked and other clients outside seeing him. The spa is open for everyone as long as you want which isn’t so good as we didn’t have space to relax or lay on the beds near the inside pool or even put our towels on the side. I’d suggest a 2Hr limit a day for each guest.

the breakfast

when we arrived in the room it was like a sauna. no airconditioning and before we arrived no windows open. small rooms. you have to pay for parking outside on own property : this is not what you expect. restaurant for dinner was close but that was temporary
