    It's close to Kathara beach (5 min on foot) and the center of Faliraki (10 min on foot) so it's in a quiet place. The room its self was clean, but the amenties (pillow and towels) weren't. And the staff in the morning enters the room while you're still sleeping (there is no "do not disturb" sign and you can't close the door from the inside). The AC costs 9€ per night, which is a bit too much in my opinion. The "kitchen" was poorly equipped, so don't expect to cook something in there. In our case we used the studio just to sleep and have shower, so at the end in my opinion it was enough for what we paid.
