Good apartment. Enough furniture and kitchen utensils. Friendly owner ready to help and quick response for my requests. Clean linen. Close to the beach and shops. Also good cafes near.
Very weak internet. Sometimes difficult to connect. Some windows and locks should be repaired but condition satisfactory. Due to first floor some bugs exists, but not to much.

В первую очередь конечно локация. Очень тихий район без трафика и шума. Детская площадка в 20 метрах. До пляжа рукой подать. В апартаментах два балкона; один для использования утром (ветерок) а другой вечером.

The location was good.
The furniture was old and had seen better days. The shower cabin had a missing door. The water wasn't hot enough. The TV worked but often had no signal. The sheets were old. And they smelled of perfume really strong. Which was unpleasant. The carpet had stains. It was usable but not pleasant.
