Разположението на хотела е прекрасно! Тишина и камфорт!

Много красиво,изключително чисто..Басейна безупречно чист!Всички удобства в стаята ,няколко асансьора ,няколко изхода -зависи дали на улицата с магазини или на басейна или на паркинга….само жив плет дели басейна и паркинга от плажа -буквално на първа линия ! На двадесетина крачки пред хотела има супермаркет и други магазини Кафе машинки …Магазин в самия хотел ,но е малко по -скъп … Буквално всичко на една ръка разстояние!Много важно е че има много голям паркинг към хотела -безплатен и място винаги има -по всяко време на денонощието!Спикойствие ,много забавления за деца ,прекрасна гледка Силно препоръчвам и определено ще посетя това място пак!

Нямахме комарник на терасата ,но не беше проблем ,защото бяха пръскали явно и нямаше никакви гадинки!

I liked the size of the studio, it was bigger than the rest. The Menada studios are in building C. My other experience was with another studio in building A. It was aprox. 20% cheaper than expected from my previous experiences with Regina Mare.

1. The confussion: Regina Mare apartments and residence is a diferent company and system of management. It has the reception, parking, pool, and moast of buldings A, B and C. Menada Regina Mare is a company that owns only 4 studios and a few apartmens in bulding C. The studios are exposed to lowd music from the stage over the street and the smell of burned fish bbq. I will never use accomodation in bulding C, park(parking) view. No microwave owen and a tiny pc monitor as tv. That is substandard compared to my pevious experiences in the Regina Mare complex. 2. No staff on site, no cleaning services. 3. Payment: they charged me before arrival with no notice, from an account they were lucky to find the necesary amonts. That was not ok, I usualy use another account for that expense. 4. Blocked amounts: for some reason they blocked an amount aprox 30% of the total expence and kept it blocked even after taking all the amount listed on booking for accomodation. After contacting Menada, with the help of the hotel reception, the issue was resolved with no appologies. 5. No sea view was not advertised.
