    It’s a scam.. after full payment and confirmed booking.. they charged me extra 102 euro.. my booking was not there.. after travelling for 18 hours.. my check in was so late.. the agency didn’t update them.. I kept circling in receptions.. there’s nothing nearby.. very far from main centre.. after getting late for check in because of agency and their long lunch hours .. I wanted outside in cold.. finally they confirmed my booking.. and the staff though still nice and helpful .. threatened to give my booking to someone else if I don’t pay that too 5:30 PM when check in is at 8 PM..they no swimming pool working, no wifi,.. after charging so much no AC also.. it’s too windy, too noisy and doors don’t even shut properly.. too many stairs .. too much walking .. save your time and money and book somewhere else..
