I was extremly happy about the location for being so close to the station and all the main attractions of the city. The staff was extremely nice and the Futons were comfy.
I think for what it was the price was a bit steep. I do not recommend sleeping in a room with more than two people becsuse for us it got pretty cramped. I was expecting an Onsen because it was called a Ryokan but they sadly don't have one but thats my fault for not looking well enough. My friend said the smoking room is really small and uncomfortable to be in.

Best feature is the location, very close to the train station where there is also a bus terminal, many shops of all sorts for one's need.
This is a budget 2 star place, expected to have less, so not really dislike.

The location is very accessible to the city center. It was suitable for my trip and since I don't have a personal car, it is easy to get around the area.
The facilities were all neat and clean. It gives a homey vibe too. My only problem was that I had to carry my luggage because there were no elevators. Well, I guess it is not common for ryokan. It is better for backpackers.

Close to train and bus station and lots of local food.. Be prepares to share the bathroom and toilet
The room smells very fishy.. Miso smell.. Have to air it to reduce the smell
