Beautiful guesthouse, very friendly host

Nice location, nice room, friendly host. We arrived late because our ferry was delayed due to bad weather but Dimitris stayed up late to wait for us and welcome us to his guesthouse.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday :)

Beautiful property, very private room kept clean every day which we appreciated! Staff were very welcoming and helpful, giving ideas about what to do and where to visit in Paros!

Nice room, nice location, nice staff

The location of the property is in a quieter area. There is a supermarket and bus stop right outside of the room. A short 10 minute walk to the port and man bus station (with very few stairs). The room is spacious and beautiful. Big clean bathroom. Nice balcony with plenty of clips/racks to hang your towels and swimsuits to dry. Dimitris was an incredible man, helping with luggage, showing us the bus stop and supermarket, telling us places to go and showing us on the map. Air conditioning and fridge worked quick and cold. Bed was made up every afternoon and room was always spotless.

Brilliant!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND :) The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed including a nice balcony to sit on in the evening. The location was brilliant, a leisurely 5 minute stroll through the old town to the centre, it meant it wasn’t loud but still close to everything. There was also a large supermarket a short walk. The rooms were clean and the water pressure in the shower was also great. The host was also lovely and very helpful, my flight was delayed so I arrived later than planned and he made sure I had everything I needed my entire stay. I would highly recommend!!!!

Great location, good value for money and very kind personnel. The room was cleaned every day and even though the kitchen was closed, Mr. Dimitris was kind enough to provide us all necessary appliances to have a decent coffee in the morning.

some rooms have nice view over garden with bougainvillier, large balcony with table and chairs, brand new bathroom and kettle. some do not have all these features but are nonetheless comfortable, bright and clean!

Nice little hotel close to Parikia port

Great location, about 10 mins walk from the port. The room was very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful customer service.

Shower wasn't great, the pressure was quite low and the drain wasn't working well leaving excessive water.

Quiet and comfortable, neat the city center

The host is very helpful and ready to help when requested. We were given a room with a bed which was too small and when we pointed it out they gave us a bigger room with a bigger bed. The place is quiet and well positioned; on the border of the old Town, close to a big parking and supermarket.

The rooms and the appliances look a bit old.

Kort verblijf op Paros!

De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en dacht erg mee met je plannen. De locatie is top, ongeveer 10 min van het centrum en de haven. Het is erg rustig en het is een fijne omgeving die erg veilig voelt. Het gebouw is daarnaast ook nog eens prachtig en we hadden en fijn pittoresk buitenplaatsje.

De kamer was wat aan de kleine kant, een grote koffer op de grond open doen paste net, al was het erg onhandig. Daarnaast zaten we op de begane grond en hadden we mieren in de kamer, deze kwamen door kleine gaatjes in de muur naar binnen.

Le ménage est fait tous les jours. À notre arrivée, notre hébergeur nous a fait un plan de la ville et comment accéder au centre, trop gentil. Petit balcon avec un étendoir.

Como en casa

El dueño es un señor encantador muy atento y que nos dio la bienvenida muy agradablemente. Desde un primer momento nos sentimos como en casa, con un ambiente muy familiar y cómodo. No sentimos que nos faltara de nada y las camas era muy cómodas. Aunque no estaba pegado al puerto estaba a un paseo más que asequible y agradable del centro y está en una zona muy tranquila en la que sólo se escuchaban las chicharras de la huerta de al lado. Desde luego lo repetiría sin duda.

Tutto perfetto

Hotel molto bello situato a circa 10 min a piedi dal centro ma la camminata è tra stradine bellissime caratteristiche, ne vale la pena, si possono incontrare tanti gattini molto belli durante il percorso. Proprietario molto gentile, la pulizia della stanza sempre impeccabile, le stanze sono piu belle dal vivo che in foto, balconcino molto spazioso, ci tornerei. La spiaggia piu bella secondo me è livadia beach circa 20 min a piedi ma volendo ce n'è un altra a circa 6 minuti

Acogedora y Agradable

El personal es muy amable y encantador, sobre todo el señor que está en recepción. Limpian cada día las habitaciones y estas son cómodas y adecuadas al precio.Ademas tiene una terraza pequeña donde se está muy agusto. El baño estaba limpio y la habitación tiene nevera. La ubicación es buena, está al lado de la playa y el centro y tiene supermercados muy cerca.

El único detalle malo, es que el agua de la ducha es salada y las callejuelas de alrededor está un poco oscuras.

Estancia increíble!! Dimitrins quien es el administrador un encanto, muy buena ubicación (a menos de 10 minutos caminando del centro, la costanera, el puerto y la estación de buses), la pieza con wifi, aire acondicionado, y tremendamente limpia. 100% recomendado!!

L’emplacement, les équipements, la terrasse, la disponibilité de l’hôte !

C’est un couloir avec pleins de logements. Il n’y a aucune isolation et de ce fait on entend absolument tout sur les autres logements (porte, discussions…) pensez à prendre des bouchons d’oreille !
