Piękny widok na zatokę. Lokalizacja w miejscowości Geni, która jest cicha, spokojna, daleko od głównej drogi, a w której jednocześnie jest kilka świetnych restauracji. Sprzątanie maksymalnie co dwa dni. Zadbany ogród w którym znajdują się leżaki dla gości. Odnowiony pokój, z wygodnym łóżkiem, dużym telewizorem, działającą klimatyzacją, moskiterą. Mili gospodarze i pani sprzątająca. Dodatkowo dużo miejsc parkingowych, z czego większość z nich ma zadaszenie chroniące przed słońcem, co jest ważne w Grecji. Czysto.
Ciasna kabina prysznicowa, bez słuchawki, tylko z deszczownicą. Podczas dłuższego pobytu, trochę doskwiera brak pralki, pranie trzeba robić w miejscowości oddalonej o parę kilometrów od obiektu. Trochę mało miejsca na bagaże (mała ilość szaf).
