I liked that it was closed by to the centro historico. It was easy to move around walking as well as with didis and ubers. For people who are coming from the states the prices for ubers and didis were only different by a few pesos. I used my American phone as well as my mexican phone and the prices were different by like 20 pesos.
I didn't like that the breakfast options were the same for all three days I wish they would have changed the menu a bit more. Also I didn't like that the room didn't have an AC it just had a bunch of fans that would turn off when you left the room.

The cleaning of the room and the Hotel in general was really great, they respect the personal objects from the room and keep them as they are located while they cleaned our room and the bed was too confortable, good internet connection, always warm water in the shower
At night it really easy to heard noise from the outside and the besides rooms, it seems that the rooms dont have good acoustic blocking, the receptionist personal are not friendly and they do not attend correctly the concerns or basic request such as send a water bottle to the room, the breakfast buffet is the same all days, it does not have good variety to offer in the buffet and gets boring eat the same all days, also they ask for tips for everything everydays, it makes you feel unconfortable
