El personal fenomenal, muy atento y agradable, tanto en recepción como en el comedor, este aspecto lo destaco mucho. Nos respondieron preguntas y dudas muy amablemente. El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de un centro comercial.
Nada más entrar en el Lobby, el hotel huele muy fuerte a limpiador de suelos, tipo lejía, y esto es bastante desagradable. La habitación es muy grande, pero con moqueta, una fábrica de ácaros y malos olores, al día siguiente me levanté con dolor de garganta y sequedad. La habitación también tenía un olor a tabaco brutal, es muy asqueroso. El hotel tiene posibilidades pero estos detalles lo bajan a calificaciones pésimas.
