Beautiful surroundings, but a poor apartment

The location of the apartment is the only excellent thing about this accommodation. We also didn’t see the host, but it was easy to arrange everything with him. The key was left in a lockbox, and even though we arrived quite late, we had no problems at all

The gas stove was leaking, and we were scared. We kept checking with a lighter for a long time to see if it was leaking somewhere, because there was a strong smell every time we turned it on. The bed sheets were new but unwashed and smelled like plastic. In addition, the kitchen was poorly equipped and lacked even some basic items.

great apartment with an Amazing view. pool and just a few steps to the lake. A lot of restaurants in the area. Parking right outside the house. washing mashine. Great place!

Cut down the plants on the balcony that’s blockning the wonderful view. The outsidepart of the AC is on the balcony. You cant sit there with the ac inside turned on, to noisy.

We enjoyed our holiday, despite this being the worst, and most expensive apartment we have ever stayed in around the lov

The Apt was in a super position, right on the lake, and enclosed with locked gates. We had a ground floor, with view of the lake…..nice. The pool was good, and the air con in the Apt was very good, and quiet. The Apt was also spacious, and the bed comfortable.

The kitchen utensils were terrible, 4 forks and spoons, and 4 steak knives! The saucepans were all huge, and had bowed bases, so wobbled on the gas. The gas would not light with the self starters on 3 of the burners, so we bought a lighter. The frying pan was disgusting, so we bought a new one to use, and unfortunately forgot to pack it, so they have gained a decent frying pan. There were 4 thick water tumblers only, no wine glasses, no beer glasses! The shower was really bad, the water took ages to warm up, then changed rapidly, and often from hot to stone cold. We thought the microwave was broken, but discovered it was the socket that didn’t work at all, so we moved it. No toaster. There was a washing machine in a cupboard on the patio, but no iron or board, and no hairdryer or shower gel, which was no big deal, but unusual. Also the WiFi was just awful, we couldn’t do anything on line, and the TV was Italian only. There was no personal contact,except by what’s app, and generally the whole place needs a bit of TLC. It looks very shabby, especially around the pool area. It was definitely not worth the 2,000. Euros we had to pay, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

Bella la location, ma un po' troppo vuoto

Bella la posizione a pochi metri dal lago e una bella vista dal balcone e parcheggio comodo

L'appartamento non era totalmente pulito per terra, abbiamo trovato un sacchetto della spazzatura dei vecchi ospiti nascosto in balcone, la cucina vuota se non per posate, piatti, bicchieri e pentole varie ma niente olio, sale, pepe, caffè, Scottex. In bagno non erano presenti nemmeno un prodotto da utilizzare in per lavarsi se non due saponette per le mani. Le bocchette delle serrature di ogni porta della casa sono appoggiate e quindi cadono appena si sfiorano le porte che bisogna spingere bene per chiuderle. Poca insonorizzazione se non nulla, sentivamo le famiglie e i bambini degli appartamenti vicini di prima mattina con schiamazzi

Die Lage ist super! Auch Garten, Parkplatz, Check-in/out sind top.

Leider ist die Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrassentür konnte man bspw. nur anlehnen, es war nicht möglich sie zu verschließen. Die Toilette roch stark nach Urin, obwohl sie sauber war. Die Küchenutensilien sind leider schlecht und alt. Das Geschirr, besonders die Tassen, waren dreckig und voller Kaffeeflecken! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht.

An sich schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Apartment in gepflegter Anlage mit schönem Pool in bester Lage, direkt an der Uferpromenade und kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Shops, bequme Matratze

Viele Kleinigkeiten, die einem Gast gegenüber äußerst unhöflich sind. Wir hatten zwei Apartments nebeneinander, beide waren in ähnlichem Zustand: Apt 1 zwei von vier Glühbirnen im Bad defekt, fleckige Toilettenbrille, zwei defekte Nachttischlampen, Verdunklungsgardiene hing halb aus der Schiene, abgefallene Fliesen Balkon, verrosteter Wäscheständer, unappetitliche Fugen in der Küche, Mobiliar nicht nur altmodisch, sondern eindeutig abgewohnt und erneuerungsbedürftig. Apt 2: drei von vier Glühbirnen im Bad defekt, Dichtung an der Spüle defekt - es fließt mehr Wasser daneben, Mobiliar wie in Apt 1

Dejligt sted. Men hvis man ønsker at kunne se solnedgang er det ikke fra lejlighederne der vender mod søen

Vi boede på første sal, med perfekt udsigt over søen. Det var nemt at handle og komme ud at spise, det hele ligger i gå afstand. Sengene var ok og aircondition virkede godt. Poolen var også fin og havde sol hele eftermiddagen.

Jeg manglede en ovn, der var kun microovn. Det var svært at regulere temperaturen i badet.

Nie wieder!

gute Lage und die funktionierende Klimaanlage – ansonsten kann ich dieses Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage wirkt stark veraltet, ungepflegt und das Service-Konzept enttäuschend.

Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Balkontüren offen, was dazu führte, dass es im Apartment sehr heiß war und zahlreiche Gelsen sowie andere Insekten im Zimmer waren. Das Appartment war auch nicht sauber geputzt. Wir hatten ein 4-Bett-Zimmer gebucht, jedoch war die Schlafcouch nicht vorbereitet – das mussten wir selbst übernehmen. Beim Aufbauen dachte ich schon die Couch klappt gleich mit mir gemeinsam zusammen, der alte Spannbezug vom Vorgänger war natürlich auch noch darauf. Im Badezimmer befand sich eine Spinne samt Spinnennetz, was auf eine längere nicht durchgeführte Reinigung hinwies. Die Terrasse war praktisch nicht zu benützen. Sie war stark mit Vogelmist verschmutzt, ebenso war die Gartengarnitur sehr ungepflegt und lud nicht zum verweilen ein. Beim Pool fehlten zwei Leitersprossen, das Rein und Rauskommen war eine richtige Challenge. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen vernachlässigten und wenig sauberen Eindruck. Es gibt keine besetzte Rezeption und auch keine klare Information, wo man parken darf, wenn man die kostenpflichtige Garage nicht mietet. Nach der Buchung erhält man eine lange Liste möglicher Zusatzkosten: 20 € Strafe, wenn man den Müll nicht selbst entsorgt, 40 € für eine nicht gereinigte Küche usw. Es wird sogar ausdrücklich erwartet, dass man das Apartment „so sauber wie möglich“ hinterlässt – bei den aufgerufenen Preisen fühlt man sich dadurch wie ein Putzdienst. Zusätzlich war es sehr laut: Auch nach 22:00 Uhr hielten sich Gäste noch lautstark an den Pools auf, was vor allem für unsere Kinder das Einschlafen in den hellhörigen Zimmern schwierig machte. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr kommen.

Lage, Nähe Ortskern, Parkplatz, Grünanlagen, Nähe zum See, ruhige Lage

Sauberkeit, abgewohntes Mobilar, Balkon mit Restschmutz (Laub) aus dem Vorjahr. Ich gehe davon aus, dass zum Ende der letzten Saison eine Reinigung der Wohnung stattgefunden hat, und seit dem nicht mehr!
