    There’s no car park in the area. It’s a hiking journey going to the hotel and to your room. The staff we’re not accommodating and the only good thing is the view it gives. The rest are meh.

    The place is so niceee! We are in awe when we saw it the first time and it is much beautiful in person. The room is clean and complete with necessities. This is a nice place to relax and enjoy the view. CONS: There was a staff that was so drunk and while we were on the swimming pool on the night, there was gesture that made us uncomfortable so we were not able to enjoy the pool longer. - This place is also not senior citizen friendly as there's a loooot of stairs. But if you are just gonna stay on the resort and relax, and will not roam around the city, it's fine! Regardless, we'll definitely be back and recommend to our friends!

    The WiFi is unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. The hot water is also inconsistent, often cutting out when you need it most. As for the staff, there is one specific staff member often described as reliable, but my experience was disappointing, I asked him for assistance, and he didn’t even bother to respond.
