Just perfect regardless how long you stay

Pool area ,gym and bar were good. Staff friendly. Good parking on site

Some rooms are in the older part of the hotel these are slightly dated and have no aircon. Limited choice for breakfast, some items had run out and didn’t get replaced, which left us with a pretty disappointing meal on our last morning

Spacious room, lovely staff at reception, plenty of parking including in their own underground car park. Restaurant is on the pricey side but the food was fantastic!

Great stay at this family hotel-restaurant with sauna

We stayed there for a night on a long drive across Europe, and were mainly drawn by the spa (nothing better after 8h at the steering wheel) and location close to the highway. Facilities were great, as expected, with a wellness area (sauna, hammam, heated pool), an on-premises restaurant (excellent food, locals come from nearby towns to eat there) and a hotel bar. Free outdoors parking, underground parking for a fee. Cherry on top was the staff: everyone from reception to restaurant staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We'll stay again when in the area!

Nothing much. If we had to be picky: we didn't see anyone use the outdoor pool during our stay, and it's kept heated at 26 degrees in the winter—this seems pretty wasteful (environmentally speaking), and guests would probably be happy with the sauna if it's too cold to bathe (we were).

Super warm and friendly, amazing overall

Amazig and quite place, beautiful views. Super friendly staff and owner. It is a family owned bussnis the owner is such a lovly woman. Great history of the hotel and great service over all. Evrything was clean, the food was great and the prices are also great. We really enjoed our stay here, will be revisiting and recommendig to friends and family. ❤❤

Superb

Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Germany. Stayed here as an overnight stop on drive home to UK. Great hotel, superb facilities and friendly staff. Evening meal at the restaurant was fantastic too

Exceptional

Loved the stay, one of the best hotels on our moto trip thru europe. Gated parking for motorbikes. Spa was included in the price, food and drink inside the hotel restaurant were good. Rooms are super spacious, its like a 1 bed apartment. Little details like, integrated radio in the bathroom, a bag already packed with towels for sauna and spa is ready in your room. Very quite, good sound isolation. Breakfast was nice... Its a no brainer. Will defo come back here. A barmen was a "Legenda" 👍👍👍

- Very nice warm outdoor swimming pool with free water or apfelschorle - Very good breakfast - Relatively quiet neighborhood - Roller blinds to darken the room and to protect from the warm sunlight - Comfortable bathroom with great shower - Free upgrade of the room

- Beds were quite warm - No cooling (like airconditioning) in the bedroom, which would be very comfortable with 30+ degrees Celsius - No minibar/fridge available in the room

Superb

- Very friendly and helpful staff. - Clean rooms. - Good buffet breakfast with for instance fresh bread and eggs. Also good diner possibilities at the guesthouse. - Very nice and clean outdoor swimming pool. - Free drinks (water and apfelschorle) and sometimes even free ice creams at the Spa area. - Nice location within the Black Forest region.

- A minibar/fridge was missing in the room. - Airconditioning would be great in the room, especially during warm summer days (the room was pretty warm and difficult to cool down). - Fresh fruit was missing in the breakfast. - Traffic noise early in the morning at the street for the guesthouse if your windows are open (due to the warm wetter).

- Great breakfast - The hotel is walking distance (20-30 min) from the centre. - Comfortable rooms

- Unfortunately, the trash in the room (from the previous occupant) was still in the room when checking-in. However, the staff were quick to apologise and sort it out. - Having a fan in the rooms would go a long way in making things more comfortable - German summers are getting warmer every year !

Schönes Hotel, angenehme Atmosphäre, gute Lage, prima Service.

Bar war sehr schön, angenehme Atmosphäre. Vegane Angebot im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Beim Frühstück gab es leider nur wenig vegane/pflanzliche ALternativen. Es wäre schön, wenn z.B. auch eine pflanzliche Joghurt- oder Quarkalternative angeboten würde. Milchalternativen und (Verpackte haltbare) Aufstriche gab es. Auch beim Müsli könnte die Auswahl größer sein.
