Beautifully renovated in a modern style on the fringe of Frankston CBD. Stroll down the path for a minute or two and you’ll be walking along the award winning, sandy Frankston Beach
7 minute walk and you’ll be in the heart of Frankston fashion shopping precinct. Many activities/cafes etc, all within walking distance. There are also so many day trips at your finger tips. The information centre is also a few minutes walk away.
This apartment is perfect for Solo travelers, business trips, couples and families.

Frankston has so much to offer such as the award winning beach & pier. Close by (within walking) is the art and entertainment centre, aquatic centre, cinemas and of course shopping. Frankston is also very central to other areas of interest and easy day trips. Over summer you will find the wonderful sand sculpture display on the foreshore, a carnival and you'll have a spectacular view of NY eve and Australia Day fireworks from either the kitchen window or the high vantage point just out front at the little park overlooking the sea. If you do want to take that car out of the garage, head down the peninsula to 1 of 70 wineries, craft markets, surf beaches and/or cable car ride in Dromana within a 30 minute drive.

Stayed here for few days with my Mum. Absolutely gorgeous apartment with nice bedrooms.. Large living area. Has all utensils and extras that make a very comfortable stay. Great area and of Frankston. Close to shops. Super quiet and we slept so well. Immaculately clean. Sheets on the bed were so nice. Could not fault anything. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nicely appointed with modern facilities. A ground floor low apartment, a short walk to the beach and bayside shops and restaurants. Ample room and comfortable beds, with on-site parking.

The property was well equipped and clean. It's not easy to see the water from a window (ground floor and there are some hedges/walls in between), but the beach is in walking distance. It's an older flat so you experience some funny thinks like ventilation limitations and as it's close to the ocean the humidity is high and impact some wooden constructions (smellable), but everything is usable.

Could not fault anything about your property Debra.Exceptionally renovated with all top end appliances and utilities.Loved the soft bamboo/cotton sheets(will have to get some for home).Sometimes it is the small things that make all the difference,good sized coffee cups,great water pressure in shower,parking literally at back door even found a book to read of interest in your selection should have stayed longer so I could have finished it(next time).Also very central location walked to dinner both nights(different venues):Overall a very pleasant couple of days would love to stay again on our next visit to Frankston Thankyouregards Allison
