Everything is fine except the heater in the room.
The heater in the room wasn’t working at night. I reported the issue to the property, but I didn’t get any response.

The staff were very friendly.
The facility itself was very spacious, including the kitchen and lounge, and the best part was that there was a laundry room.
I had a very comfortable stay. I'd like to go again.
There is a gate at the entrance to the area, so taxis cannot enter, so you have to walk a little to get to the facility.

The only advantage for me was the central location. 20 mins from the rail station.
It is not the cheapest hostel in Krakow, so I expected more.
- There was no towel
- You should put on the bedclothes yourself, which is especially uncomfortable if you're on the upper bed
- The bed was squeaking terribly from the lightest move.
