Staff were great.
Indoor & outdoor pools were clean and great temperature.
Massage service was lovely.
Indonesian meal was superb.
4 metre window width with 3.5 metres of curtain didn't work. Let too much light in far to early in the morning.
Poor quality juice type concentrate dispenser offered at breakfast instead of real juices.
Hot tub water was poor quality and smelt of old dishcloths.

Raňajky aj večere chutili, kuchyňa bola ako vždy výborná. Škoda že je hotel situovaný v priemyselnej zóne - okolie hotela nič moc, aj park oprosti hotelu je veľmi zanedbaný a neudržiavaný
Trochu viac venovať vonkajšej údržbe prostredia - balkóny, zábradlia hrdzavé, vonkajšie zariadenie na terasách pôsobilo zastarané, ošumtené

In einem Industriegebiet befindet sich ein tolles Wellness Hotel mit 37° warmen Wasser und vorzüglich Höflichkeit thailändischer oder asiatischer Art, ebenso die Küche und die Akzeptanz auf Probleme einzugehen
Die Umgebung ist ein Industriegebiet, man kann sie jedoch ausblenden
