Very nice service on site. The room was large: I think the idea is to fit a whole family in it (hence an extra sofa bed), which might be a nightmare, but for a single person or even a couple it's very comfy.
It was a bit worn out and the design tacky (ancient Egypt on the Baltic coast?) but this is more or less what I expected for that price, so I'm not putting it as a downside.
It was way too cold (I was there in December). Dear owner, turning on heating in the bathroom would be nice not only to your guests but also to the bathroom itself: such levels of humidity do no good.
Dear potential guests, beware of the handsome parking charge the owner quietly tries to add to your bill. This is extremely bad practice, which substantially lowered my overall score.
