A magical stay with kind and attentive staff

The location was perfection! Our garden view villa was spacious and had beautiful art on the walls. The ac in the bedrooms worked great and the fans in the common areas were all that was needed to stay cool. The pool is situated in a lovely spot. You are a quick 5 minute walk to Playa Arrocito, which is very nice to swim at, especially in the mornings and evenings when it is less busy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did beautiful towel art that my daughter raced to her room to see after every cleaning service. They can do turtles, elephants, birds, and more! Really special. For nature lovers like ourselves, being out of town like this was spectacular, and it was an absolutely incredible property for birding - we saw over 15 bird species just around the property! We also saw a coati and more than one iguana in the neighbourhood, which was very exciting for my animal obsessed kiddo!

It was a bit too bad that there aren’t more food options nearby, but we knew this when we booked and it is a quick and easy taxi ride into town! The literal only other drawbacks were that the mattresses were a bit firm for my hips, and there was a scorpion in our villa on arrival, however this was quickly addressed by staff and frankly gave my daughter an exciting story she will never forget, so in many ways it was a positive!

I liked that it was a villa and we needed three rooms since we traveled with our two children. It was clean,

During our first hours there we open one of the windows to let air come in, and within minutes the receptionist knocked on the door and ley herself in. My husband was downstairs and I came downstairs and told the lady to please not enter with out us opening the door. She said to close the window and if we were not the to turn off the ac in the rooms, she was rude, and after half an hour we noticed the ac on one of the bedrooms wasn’t working and she said why didn’t we report it when we got there. I told her we just got there 30 minutes before, and that her job was to check everything was working before guests got there. Her attitude was really annoying and not professional. There’s only ac in the bedrooms but not downstairs I was expecting a little bit more, the pool is small and not clean.

Inolvidable estancia

La ubicación es excelente. Teníamos una apartamento con vista al oceano y la vista es espectacular. El apartamento es grande y muy cómodo. La cocina está bien equipada. La piscina (compartida con otros apartamentos) es excelente. Todo está limpio y cuidado. El servicio fue muy amable (te suben los garrofones a casa). La playa del arrocito está a 5-10min a pie. El supermecado más próximo está a unos 15 min en coche.

No lo recomiendo, no vayan

El personal es muy amable

Es un hotel descuidado, no hay relación con el precio se me hizo muy caro para lo que pagamos, se ve que no fumigan, hay insectos y la limpieza no hace nada, se pueden quedar por días, nos proporcionaron un número de WhatsApp el cual nunca contestan, solo pintan las fachadas pero por dentro se ven descuidados, nos encontramos un alacrán adentro del departamento, marcamos al WhatsApp y obvio no contestaron, me parece muy peligroso encontrarte algo así, es obvio que no hay Fumigacion ni mantenimiento dentro de los departamentos. No lo recomiendo para nada. No regresaría a este hotel. Me va a molestar mucho leer la respuesta del hotel diciendo “sentimos mucho que tú experiencia no haya sido de tu agrado… “ de verdad inviertan, con tanto que cobran, están súper feos los departamentos, la regadera está vieja, no de verdad están feas. El wifi súper mal, no tenía buena señal. Booking les recomiendo que chequen los hoteles que tienen en su plataforma.
