The advantages are:
- quite spacious appartment and bathroom
- perfect terrace with great view
- really close to the sea.

The notes could be higher if some details were fixed:
- I don't like starting my holiday from buying basic stuff like toilet paper, rubbish bags, and so on. The host was a bit supprised when I asked, yet provided two for start
-the appartment is comfortable and well equipped, but some things are quite old and need care
- air conditioner is noisy

Nice apartment in a great location, close by the sea. You can have wonderful breakfast in the terrace with a morning breeze, use the barbecue to make fantastic fish and meat dinner..
Unfortunately the booking policy are a little bit restrictive and unflexible.. a family with two child need at least one change of towels in one week.. (I ask one clean towels and was no possible to have it), and just one roll of toilet paper for 7 days is not enough.. :D :D . Nice owner but maybe a little pushy (she showed the apartment while we are living inside..). Anyway, nice experience we appreciated a lot the location and our staying.; good value for money. Thanks so much. Francesca.
