Everything in the best possible way, look exactly as in the pictures. Clean, nice, in addition, the hosts are very polite and helpful.
Billing for the minibar is not clear. I think it would be nice to get a basic minibar added to the rental price, and only to pay extra for additional equipment.

The staff were incredible! Property was great and very comfortable.
The wifi went out for a day and the so did the hot water. Other then that a great stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Given what we paid for the room, the value for money was good. It proved to be a good base for what we wanted. We walked into the main part of Sorrento everyday which, at a stroll took around 25-30 minutes. It was easy to do although the lack of pavement in a couple of areas meant that we had to cross the road, but no real problem.
There was an excellent restaurant just along from the hotel, around 75 metres.
As we were attending a family wedding, my wife would have liked a full length mirror. The room did have a balcony which, although small, was functional. The down side to the balcony was the two aircon units, which if in use, were a little noisy when sitting there.
