Quite an experience for us that there were no reception staff. To be fair everything was well organised.

Stunning location with incredible views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was incredible and it was obviously popular with locals.
We would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel . Great location . Fabulous village . Clean room . Nicely apppointed .
It’s true that we knew in advance that the restaurant was closed so there were would be no breakfast nor dinner available . However there were also no staff. When we arrived we saw a note saying that our key was in the door . It was . We saw no one . You may say this is the post covid way of work, but for the price we paid (lots) there was no customer service , no greeting, no one to answer any questions . We felt cheated , as if we were not valued guests but rather invisible people who provided some sales for the hotel . Very disappointed .
