Small and quiet . Cala Gat beach the closest and most beautiful

Floor cleaned more often around the pool although was clean but maybe swept only every few days

good location kindly allowed us late check in

wifi was poor and often didn’t work air con wasn’t working

Easy check-in. Clean and well organised apartment.

The apartment itself was fine, it was very small. Basic appliances. Aircon worked and had a fridge. Pool was big. Sadly brought down by the host who was rude and the other guests in the apartments. We were glad to just have one nights stay here and in this area of Mallorca - many other areas in Mallorca are nicer. Would not be thinking this badly if the host was more communicative and nice to us.

The host was quite rude to us and hard to contact. We arrived at check in time and collected the keys which we were able to do via a key safe box. However, when we went to the room it was not ready (still dirty from previous occupants) and there was no one to help us when we tried to contact the property. Once we finally got in contact with the property owner, he was quite rude and unclear about the room. We had food that needed to go in fridge and he wasn't helpful with what we were supposed to do with it, and it was already an hour after our time to check in. It would have been fine to get a late check in if that had been communicated to us/we got some sort of compensation, but the host was just rude and said they were busy. ALSO there was a massive group of men from a German football that completely took over the whole complex (not necessarily the fault of the host) but they were partying the whole time and even vomited in the hallway which was only half cleaned up.
