Loved the property and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The pool was a great addition to have if you fancied a dip to escape the heat. Highly recommend booking in for the breakfast in the morning as it’s great value and very yummy. The Filipino cleaning staff were super lovely too.
There were quite a lot of mosquitoes that were bothering me during our time at the property which was such a shame. Never bothered me anywhere else on the island. Bathroom could have been bigger or more practical in terms of layout.

The property is in a great location - just a few minutes walk from the ferry port, a well-stocked supermarket, and plenty of shops and restaurants.
The staff are very friendly and the breakfast each morning was lovely, and served with a smile.
The pool looked very inviting but unfortunately it was raining heavily whilst we were there, so we didn’t get a chance to try it.
Very nice family-feel to the property and made us feel welcome.
The shower was ridiculous! We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment (Room 203, I think?)
The shower head is set in a fixed position on the back wall of the bathroom, so as soon as you turn it on, it pelts water at the whole bathroom and floods the whole room - this probably explains why the bathroom door is so warped and sticks, and the strange smell in there, too.
The water goes everywhere except on your body, and as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters with long hair, washing the hair is impossible!
We did report the shower to reception but nothing happened, so on the last day, we decided not to bother with showers, and waited until our next destination to get washed.
A shame as everything else about the property was good.
