Casa Pochote is located in a costarican family 300 acres private farm dedicated to agriculture and conservation. The property has 100 meters of beachfront area wich neighbors with the Punta Mala Wildlife Refuge. The refuge was created to protect the Olive Ridley Turtle that choses Punta Mala area to arrive every hear between July and October to lay their eggs. The property has 15 kilometers of trails for hiking, wildlife observation and mountain biking.
