Very beautiful grounds and buildings

Beautiful grounds and colour scheme, a really peaceful garden to sit in and watch the birds and hummingbirds, very nice staff and two cute cats

If you aren’t a very deep sleeper, be aware that the room isn’t very soundproof. This means you can hear the local rooster, which starts it routine every morning at about 3:30am until around 6:30am. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep through it so I was very tired/run-down by the end of the trip.

I’m afraid the photos flatter this property, we booked two queen rooms from the description on booking.com and we’re not shown to them, my mother in-law was on walking sticks due to an operation but were shown to first floor rooms only even though they only had 3 bookings at the hotel. reception could only show us the rooms as she said the manager wouldn’t be around til 6pm and it was only 2pm. on the whole the pool needed cleaning as full of flies and it’s true size was nothing like the photos.

bad experience. they don’t have the same structure showing in the pictures! bad staff!!! poor quality!! they ignored the costumers… noisy place!

They were in Minas Gerais and there was no white cheese or dulce de leche for breakfast. the “pão de queijo” or cheese bread was extremely touch. there were approximately 20 people having coffee and they provided a portion with 10 units!! not everyone was served and had to wait for another 30 minutes to be served! terrible attendance! in addition, they don't allow pets, but they have a cat that walks through all the rooms, including the kitchen, which doesn't seem appropriate! they also don’t have hair dryers in rooms, there is a single unit that is at the reception and if you want to use it, you need to wait for another guest to finish. dirty bathroom with broken tiles and not properly maintained … WE DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

A good place to stay in Tiradentes

Well served breakfast, every day with different sweets. Very nice. Comfortable accommodations and convenient location, 10 mins from downtown and restaurants. Staff was very nice and accommodating staff. No problems at all.

We went there in Winter and the room was quite cold. Maybe a heater in the room could have helped.

The location is excellent if you are planning to walk downtown. Breakfast and staff were great! The room was clean and well furnished.

We just picked the wrong room. Our room was under a stair and super close to the staff area so it wasn't quiet with little light. Room number 6 by the way! The bed was far from comfortable. We were expecting more for the price paid.

Beautiful Portuguese Style Hotel

Very nice & comfortable hotel with very good breakfast. The Portuguese theme place has nice garden & small pool. Breakfast offers variety of fresh fruits & cakes & cheeses. Complementary tea & coffee served in afternoon. At tentative & helpful staff. Close to center. Respectful of Covid 19 restrictions.

Quartos muito bonitos e confortáveis, estilo colonial preservado e refinado. Café da manhã bem caseiro e diversificado. A pousada se encontra a dez minutos do centro histórico, e assim de fácil acesso à gastronomia e lojinhas de artesanato.

Pousada bem localizada, próximo ao centro histórico. 5 minutos de caminhada.

Para pessoas alérgicas, a experiência é péssima. Há mofo por todos os lados teto, colunas, paredes e banheiro. Solicitamos a troca de quarto, porém não havia disponibilidade. Estávamos em família, ocupando três quartos, e todos apresentavam o mesmo problema. Além disso, há dois gatos que circulam e permanecem no refeitório. Isso é insalubre, fere normas básicas da vigilância sanitária e representa um risco adicional para hóspedes alérgicos devido aos pelos. Um dos gatos, inclusive, utiliza uma cadeira no refeitório. Os funcionários não são receptivos. O café da tarde resume-se praticamente a café, com poucos pedaços de bolo, controlados pela cozinha.

Adoramos a estadia. Quarto excepcional. Comida muito saborosa. Área externa muito bem cuidada. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Vim a trabalho e trouxe a família. Eles se divertiam de dia e a noite desfrutávamos do hotel. Hotel é lindo. Tem muita coisa para crianças e adultos.
