Designed by Parker Warburton this architecturally designed luxury home offers spectacular uninterrupted mountain views over Lake Wanaka and up to Treble Cone, NZ's premier ski resort.

Somewhat different to many other lodgestays we pride ourselves on ensuring the house is ready for you on your arrival, the beds made in quality linen, the house clean and for every stay over 6 days a welcome pack including breakfast goodies, local wine and introduction by your local host...we try and make sure everyone enjoys their stay !
Completed in September 2010 this highly appointed house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living spaces, all with breathtaking views over Island View place to the lake and mountains beyond.
Open plan living for the kitchen, dining, lounge.... leading out to 2 terraces, one with outdoor BBQ and fireplace. Perfect for entertaining or absorbing the view.
The dark Movie room has everything for the big and small kids alike... Wide screen Smart TV, Surround Sound, DVD
As an added bonus Pennisula Bay facilities- Swimming Pools, Spa, Gym, BBQ's
all included.
Located 100m from "sticky forest" adventure playground for mountain bike riders,
2 mountain bikes available for use. It is a short walk to the lake front.

We had an amazing stay! The beautiful house was perfect for our group of 8. Gorgeous views from every window with nothing overlooked in the house in terms of amenities. We spent a wonderful 5 days exploring the region and it was a great base. Stephanie was an excellent host, providing loads of info and always responded in a timely way. We would highly recommend this stunning property and would love to return!

Stephanie was very welcoming, provided her contact and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The house and view are top notch. We enjoyed being a bit outside the town center and took strolls to dinner in town. Overall we had a great time in Wanaka doing day treks and wine tasting. We would definitely stay here again due to comfort, view, and peace!

High ceilings, no hassles temperature control, pantry stocked with all of the extras that made travelling easy. Lovely views especially from living room and main bedroom. Bikes were handy for getting to town. Highly recommend
