Quiet and pleasant stay.

It was the alpine quality we were expecting. The hostess was very helpful and we made use of the free bus facility we were offered. We made use of the restaurant and bar in the nearby Voetterl Hotel where we found the staff helpful and there was a good menu.

Unfortunately the restaurant below the accommodation was owned by another source and was not always open.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is very clean and nice location, comfortable and quiet.Also a good Italian restaurant is in the hotel.

The pillows weren’t comfortable and another thing is that we found the fridge switched off.

The long May weekend in Grossgmain

Typical Tyrolean Gasthof. Spacious and clean studio on 2nd floor with nice mountain view. Good starting point to visit Salzburg, hiking trails, caves, lakes and river gorges. Free parking close to the building. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

It is an excellent place to stay. Very cozy and comfortable big rooms with everything you need. With a kitchen, living room, bedroom, private wc.There is also a free parking area. Just 10 minutes drive from the center. We will go back again for sure! ❤️🙏☺️ Such a lovely place to stay.

Great location and very traditional, comfy space with everything we needed.

Tiny shower! Door hinges broken in the bedroom. Rather nylon-y bed linen. We couldn't work the TV.

The accomodation is in a beautiful setting, in a beautifully renovated old building. There are plenty of wonderful sites in the area on both the Austrian and German sides.

According to the photos, there is an oven and a hob in the accommodation, but these did not work. At least a microwave would have been good instead, but unfortunately there wasn't any in this apartment.

Room with great views

Like the room and the location. Balcony was great for the sunrise or sunset view. Lovely host. Love the small city with 4-5 shops.

Nothing much on cons side except the oven was not working and there was nothing special about the facilities. It’s just an apartment with great view and in a tiny city.

Grossgmain is beautifully located close to the mountains, and it is an excellent central starting point for day trips to Salzburg, the nearbye lake district of Salzkammergut (St Wolfgang, Gmunden) and especially for hiking in the German Berchtesgadener Land or Konigssee or for a car trip along the GrossGlockner HochAlpenstrasse. The owner of the appartments is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is very clean.

There is no 'private' washing machine in the apartment, however free fresh towels are already offered to you, before you ask for them!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in rustikalem Gebäude

Die Lage, nicht weit von Bad Reichenhall und Salzburg ist für uns ideal. Es gibt einen Bäcker ein paar Meter entfernt. Die Pizzeria im Haus ist empfehlenswert und nebenan gibt es ein Hotel mit gutem Restaurant! Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen.

Beim Rein- und Rausgehen (immer wenn Pizzeria geschlossen ist) die Haustür auf und zuschließen zu müssen, ist etwas nervig.

Trotz allem ein schöner Aufenthalt

Optimale Lage des Hauses. Unmittelbar an deutscher Grenze und an der Bushaltestelle nach Bad Reichenhall bzw. Salzburg. Ebenerdig ein gutes italienisches Lokal. Bäckerei, Lebensmittel und Tankstelle in der Nähe.

Ausgesprochen anonym.Wir wussten erst nach ein paar Tagen durch Zufall, das die Vermieterin im Haus wohnt. Mülltrennung war problematisch. Den Bioabfall mussten wir selbst in öffentlichen Mülleimern entsorgen. Fernbedienung des Fernsehers hat nicht immer funktioniert. Die Tischplatte auf dem Balkon hatte ein Rattangeflecht, nicht sehr hygienisch und Gegenstände standen sehr unstabil. Besteck und Geschirr nur in zweifacher Ausführung.

Séjour très agréable dans un beau et confortable logement.

Logement très propre, calme, joliment meublé, tout en bois et bien équipé. De très beaux tapis couvraient les planchers. Mme Zimmerebner, disponible et aimable, nous a donné toutes les informations demandées. Très bien situé pour visiter Salzbourg et sa région.

Ottima zona per tranquillità e possibilità di escursioni in mezzo alla natura. La gestora si è preoccupata di fornirci la moka andandola ad acquistare appena chiesto caffè italiano. E, non ultimo, ottimo ristorante italiano

Posto molto tranquillo, l’appartamento era pulito, letto comodo, bagno ampio. La fermata dell’autobus era vicinissimo e con il bus si arriva a Salisburgo in 20 minuti, naturalmente la tessera è gratuita

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Wir kommen wieder .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zu Bad Reichenhall und nach Salzburg war optimal mit dem Rad zu erreichen . Durch die Gästekarte kann man auch im Umkreis kostenlos Busfahren . Die Wohnung war sehr schön .

Belle maison bien située pour visiter le Salzburgland

Emplacement près de la route principale- station de bus au pied de l'hôtel. Restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. Parking gratuit. Bonne situation pour visiter le pays de Salzbourg.
