nice place for its price

Nice place. Looks little old style but clean and comfortable. good Breakfast. walkable distance to super markets. and directly behind train station. Common Kitchen is available if we want to cook our own food. nice view from balcony atleast in winter.

Great little place to stay in Rovaniemi. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious, including freshly baked croissants! The varanda was a nice touch to the room.

Minor problem with the heater stop working mid-night, but spoke to staff in the morning and she promptly provided us with an oil heater to help heat the room up. The room had goodish insulation as it didn’t get super cold, specifically considering it was -35°C outside.

Cute little guesthouse close to train and bus stations. We were very comfortable, the beds were small but so cosy. We booked a triple room which had a little balcony. The common area is cute and breakfast is very sufficient - breads, pastry, meats, cheeses, juices and tea/coffee.

Convenient for train

We chose this accommodation for the closeness to the train station. It's a short walk if you know where to go (google maps does not show the shortest walk way). Best way by foot or car is to go up Siljotie road and it's at the top. It's a basic hotel with good facilities for self catering in a shared kitchen. Our room was fine, but not very appealing. Breakfast was excellent. Staff could have been more welcoming.

A wonderful short stay in Rovaniemi

The location is only 3 minutes away from the train station. I love the simple breakfast and choices of tea. The staff was polite all the time, and friendly fellow guests as well. We connected while eating our own food in the kitchen. The toilet/shower was newly renovated and very comfortable.

Great value accommodation .

The accommodation was close to the train station and, as we were travelling by train we could just walk down the hill. Because we were staying for 3 nights our host kindly upgraded us to a large apartment. Car parking was not a problem.

Happy we choose the place!

Everything was nice, clean, friendly personnel and the double room was OK for us. For romantic stay, maybe not my first choice, but to see the city and visit the neighbourhood the place exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was good, kitchen for self-catering included all that was needed. Train station almost next house - we travelled by car train. Very satisfied with our stay.

Simple guesthouse close to train station. Not much around, short stroll to supermarket and pizzeria, and 6 mins walk to Rovaniemi bus stop. breakfast provided which was a nice touch, good value for money. clean and modern interior.

no TV in room and no elevators, so be prepare to lug your luggage up some flights of stairs

Good value for money close to the centre

Quick check-in, the guest house is close to the railway station and a few supermarkets, and the shopping mall and main city center around 15 minutes walk you can also get the no 8 bus to Santa village close by. The airport bus stop is around 15 minutes walk. The guest house has a shared kitchen.

Checkout at 10 am maybe this is normal for Finland

Everything about this lovely guest house was top notch. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, wonderful staff, and convenient location. Having a kitchen available where we could cook/prepare our own meals was an added bonus and saved us a lot of money!

The location is not in the centre of the town - about a 15 - 25 minute walk away depending on conditions, but only ten minutes f4rom the supermarket, train station and bus to Santa Village. This was no proble at all for us but probably good to know.
