Value for money and according to expectations. Nice and helpful reception. AC was useful and worked well.
Unfortunately pool was only available when reception open(reasonable though) and reception closed by 16-17. Still, bottom floor just entered from balcony…

free parking on the property
very unmotivated workers that forgot what a friendlyness means; would not give a payment more than 1e /Month AC is improvised to a bucket that feels up every day and is old and loud; no elevator in the building; narrow staircase; Very old apartment that is not properly maintained for years; was 1 small bed and 1 sofa bed that is very uncomfortable, so in my opinion rent for just 1 person if you really need it; beach is 10+min walk away but coming back is uphill, so much longer!
