Review the photos and descriptions as mentioned as they match exactly what to expect. You will not be disappointed or feel anything was misrepresented. The daily boat watching, nightly sunsets, swimming in the pool or just floating to relieve your stress, the huge lanai to sit at the table with your family to visit, eat or listen to your favorite song on your playlist and grilling the nice juicy steak for a romantic dinner to mention a few. Got to see 2 dolphins swim by and one jumped fully out of the water with the arched body like you see on tv right in front of us. Got some bait to fish and it seems the frequent bait thieves turned out to be cat fish. A few sheepheads under the dock but no one on the hook.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. Spacious living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The view of the water was incredible and so peaceful while sitting and chilling out on the dock. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The pool was also amazing and we used it daily! The only thing I would add is cushions on the lounge chairs and maybe some comfortable outdoor furniture for the lanai. We loved this location and being on the water. I'm sure we will be back!

Renting, checking in and dealing with the property manager was easy and a pleasure. The location and pool were perfect. The pool area did not have fans outside, needed to bring the floor fans outside. If you are staying here and will not be cooking and spending too much time inside you will not have issue with the house. We happen to be a family that cooks and hangs out at the houses we rent for reasons not necessary to write. The house was very warm needed to keep all ceiling fans and floor fans running all the time, we closed the vents and doors in the rooms we were not using to maximize the air flow. Running the fans will make you use more than the allotted amount allowed of electricity however the property manager was fair and did not charge us extra since there was an issue with the house being so warm —the house was comfortable to sleep at night once you keep all the fans running. Beds were comfortable we used the two main bedrooms not the back bedrooms or bathroom. Lost electric- not anyones fault- house did not have and flash lights had to go out and buy, so if you will be renting this house bring flashlight. We lost electricity a few times but it would come back quickly except one time. The house was stocked with everything else you would need to cook. The house needs a good cleaning. Do not leave any food and watch for crumbs on the counters and tables since you will get ants very quickly and check to make sure the sugar bowl does not have sugar one source of the ants. Be sure to keep the blinds towards afternoon to keep the house cool. In the evening you will not be able to close all the blinds in the sunken living room for privacy The main television needs to be hard wired to the modem, we had to input a very long password several times a day to reconnect the TV- we made that suggestion to the property manager, along with the suggestion to change all the vents in the home since they were very dirty. The garage had bikes, kayaks, coolers, floats for the pool. If using the boat lift-needs to be oiled makes a very loud sound when using. This was my second time using VRBO- I will pay more attention to what people write in the future
