When we checked in, we were very pleasantly surprised because the rooms are brand new and renovated. There are no photos uploaded to Booking yet, but the rooms have a completely renovated interior. The food is of a very high standard and is extremely tasty. The service is of a very high standard and the staff is very kind and courteous.

The location, close to Blea Lake,
There is no elevator to go up with a 26 kilo suitcase to the 2nd or 3rd floor by stairs, the rooms are not particularly maintained, the bathroom is moldy, stains, leaks from the shower and toilet, very outdated furniture
