We absolutely loved staying at this hotel, and wish we had spent more than one night there. We stopped here on part of our trip along the Transfagarasan Highway. The location is absolutely beautiful. You are right in the middle of nature and it’s great to just relax and enjoy the views. I found the bed extremely comfortable. We were able to eat at the restaurant as a vegetarian/vegan couple. I had the bruschetta, which was great and my partner had the hummus which he also enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning had a nice spread of coffee, juices, fruits, vegetables, pastries, and meats and cheeses. I think my favorite part was the sweet dogs who loved getting attention. I would definitely love to stay in this hotel again if I ever came back this way!

Exceptionall all, ::the staff, the place, the room was very clean and bathroom was astonishing,,, me and my girlfriend ate and drunk and the prices are ok. I ate one of the best pork ribs i have ever ate 🥰🥰. The staff is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I recommend with all of my ❤️. The position of the hotel is great, we even had a bear that visited us each night Very great place that I will revisit

Location was lovely and the property was clean.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived 2 hrs after check in started. No offer for a complementary drink or to take our bags for the 30 min wait. We waited on the beautiful terrace. My preference would not be for music to be played out there, and rather just enjoy the peaceful surroundings, but music was played at all times, including breakfast. The room was clean, but poorly decorated. Exposed pipes, ripped lamp shades, cheap furniture. Massive balcony but no furniture out there. This was one of our most expensive rooms in a 2 week road trip - I genuinely wouldn’t have minded if it had been half the price. Food was average at best. We saw some of the other rooms in the newer part of the hotel and I have to say, they looked a lot nicer. Maybe we just got unlucky.
